YASREF wants to develop a intranet portal completely leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft’s SharePoint2013, migrating from their existing system built on top of SAP. The portal will be a central site, that would be connected to all their internal systems. The objective of the portal is to bring efficient, collaborative, organized, and centralized site to enable full integration and automation of YASREF different business process functions and information which includes leave management, HR service requests, Finance processes, , Invoice process request and Security Service etc with E-forms and approval systems.

CYBOSOL experts define the 120 highly complex business processes based on the YASREF operational requirement and build it in K2 workflow engine with tightly coupled integration with the SharePoint portal. The portal also deploys productivity apps and reporting, KPI, and dashboards.
